Is it that mind matters ?

The phenomenon of vitality and freshness being restored..Being fit and feeling rejoiced each and everytime during the day is a difficult task.But to achieve such a happening state of mind what exactly can be performed...Does this require changing lifestyles or what? Lets bring our ideas here to catch up together and see what we all do to live a rejoicing and splended life...

Well, the first thing I do every morning I wake up is to think what all I need to do that day. Then a mindset to feel happier internally which itself acts as a booster but its rather difficult to acknowledge self each time during the day. Good food and being positive matters alot.
